Publishing is just another part of the supply chain. It only requires the time it needs.

To be a computer, you must take into consideration processing times. To be organic, you can alter your own functionality. You can do it in an entirely different way than a machine.

So far, nutrition and culture are the integral factors of alteration. We become what the world gives us.

Some spleens can perform better than others. Those with bigger spleens can hold their breath more efficiently.

There may be benefits to breath holding too:

Some preliminary animal studies show that holding your breath may help to regenerate damaged brain tissue.

Using certain breathing techniques, some of which include holding your breath, may lower inflammation.

Some breathing exercises that involve holding your breath for several seconds can be part of regular relaxation practice. It may also help you to improve the health of your cardiovascular system.

प्राण

Prāna

From the prefix ‘Pra’ and root ‘an’ – ‘an’ means to breathe.

Prāna stands for the breath of the cosmic and the breath of life.

The more you become aware of this vital force, the better you can come back to yourself.

Maybe this is one way to consider soma too?

It was a root that was pressed and drank by the ancient Indo-Aryans and Iranians. We no longer know what it really was, but according to my Yoga Encyclopaedia, it was known to grant immortality.

But maybe it just made one realise what immortality was.

Wonder why such a concept came into our existence.

Earlier, I was reading about the Proto-Indo-Europeans – the ancestors of our civilisations and languages.

It made me realise that language changes with its civilisation. It’s an organic process.

Over time, some concepts would disappear – they would no longer need to be used.

So instead, such concepts would become ancient. Forgotten, sacred, knowledge.
